Dhaka Bank donated Two Petrol Vans to Bangladesh Police at Araihazar Thana, Narayangonj. Patrol Vans are formally handed over to Mr. Khandoker Nasir Uddin, Officer In-Charge, Araihazar Thana, Narayangonj towards Bangladesh Police on 27.10.2025 (Monday) at Araihazar, Narayanganj.
As we all know that, on 5th of August, 2024 during the student movement the miscreants, including Araihazar police station building, police vehicles set on fire, Wreaks widespread destruction. For the reason, Araihazar Police Super of Narayangonj requested to Dhaka Bank to donate Two Patrol Vans to Araihahazar police station, Narayangonj for daily police patrol duty.
A T M Hayatuzzaman Khan, Founder Vice Chairman, Board of Director and Chairman of Dhaka Bank Foundation and Sponsor of Dhaka Bank PLC. along with AKM Shahnawaj, Managing Director (Current Charge) formally handed over the Van’s Keys to Md. Mehedi Islam, Senior Assistant Police Super, (C-Circle) Narayangonj and Mr. Khandoker Nasir Uddin, Officer In-Charge, Araihazar Thana, Narayangonj, towards Bangladesh Police.
Md. Mostaque Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director (CEMO), Dhaka Bank PLC. Sahabub Alam Khan, SEVP & CFO along with Branch Managers of Narayangonj Zone, Mr. T M Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, DGM Narayanganj Rural Electricity Association-02, AKM Nurul Huq Khan Babul, Freedom Fighter and renowned Agronomist, Mohammad Abdul Mannan Molla, Freedom Fighter Commander, High officials of Bangladesh police were also present on this occasion.
