Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) Successfully Completes 83rd Foundation Training Course
Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) has proudly concluded its Foundation Training Course for the 83rd batch, marking another milestone in the bank’s commitment to excellence in professional development. The 15-working-day program, designed to equip participants with the necessary banking knowledge and skills, successfully trained a total of 32 aspiring Trainee Assistant Officers (TAOs) and Trainee Assistant Cash Officers (TACOs).
Throughout the course, trainees engaged in comprehensive sessions covering essential general banking and cash operations, customer service excellence, Risk & Compliance and other related issues in the banking sector. The program aimed to build a strong foundation for the trainees, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the bank’s ongoing success.
The training was facilitated by experienced professionals, offering valuable insights and practical knowledge to help participants transition smoothly into their roles within Dhaka Bank. The completion of the 83rd batch reinforces DBTI’s dedication to fostering talent and maintaining high standards in the banking industry.
