To widen its foreign remittance payments network Dhaka Bank recently signed an agreement with PADAKHEP Manabik Unnayan Kendra an NGO on December 1, 2008 to use its 207 branches situated all over Bangladesh. Mr. Iqbal Ahammed, Executive Director of PADAKHEP Manabik Unnayan Kendra and Mr. Tanweer Rahim, Deputy Managing Director of Dhaka Bank signed the agreement in the Board Room of Dhaka Bank Limited in which Mr. Mohammad Abu Musa Managing Director (Current Charge), Mr. Kaiser Tamiz Amin Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Md. Sirajul Hoque, Head of Operations & Mr. Syed Faisal Omar, SAVP & In-charge of GTS were also present. It may be noted that PADAKHEP Manabik Unnayan Kendra started its operation in 1984 as a national NGO. Senior Managements of both Dhaka Bank and PADAKHEP Manabik Unnayan Kendra were also present during the occasion.
