A Day-long workshop on “Personal Excellence” has jointly been organized by Human Resources Division and Dhaka Bank Training Institute on October 18, 2014, Saturday. A total of 30 female participants took part in the workshop. Mr. Niaz Habib, Managing Director of the Bank inaugurated the workshop as Chief Guest in the early hours of the day. While briefing the participants, he lauded this type of training
initiative that focuses on customer care and personal excellence. Banking is meant for customers and the success of banking business hinges more on service excellence, he remarked. ‘Customer relationship is not just a spell of smart interaction, rather a bond that binds together your learning, product knowledge and the capacity to provide customer solution at their comfort’, he said. Mr. Md. Abdul Motaleb Miah, FVP & In-Charge, Dhaka Bank Training Institute and Ms. Farzana Siddique, Senior Management Consultant of Sensei International also spoke on the occasion.
