Training Programme held in collaboration with SENSEI INTERNATIONAL, Dubai.
Dhaka Bank Limited (DBL) always tries to bring radical changes in its business operation. It aims to perform at its best. To do so, it has always arranged various training and workshop programmes. Recently, to develop its leadership qualities, the Human Resources Division arranged a series of General Management Training Programme for different level of employees in collaboration with SENSEI INTERNATIONAL, Dubai. Mr. Ranjan De Silva, Partner, Senior Management Consultant, SENSEI INTERNATIONAL conducted the training session.
A two day long training programme on “Continuous Improvement, Level – I” was arranged for the future leaders of Dhaka Bank Limited who will lead the bank from different perspective and will be able to take the bank in its super ordinate goal. The training programme was held on July 10-11, 2007 at Elenga Resort Ltd., Kalihati, Tangail.
To face the must win situation DBL Human Resources Division arranged a second programme with SENSEI INTERNATIONAL, a two-day training long training programme on ““Strategy into Action”“ or its mid level and senior management, held on August 7-8,200 at BCDM, Rajendrapur. Focus had been given on the responsibility of the management to formulate strategy for the bank to achieve its goals. For that they need to set a target mission, vision, objective and goal.
On August 20-21, 2007 the second phase of the training programme “Continuous Improvement, Level – II” was held at Elenga Resort, Tangail. The second phase focused on the accomplishments from the first phase and the changes brought in the working atmosphere of Dhaka Bank Limited. This program also provides a more sophisticated way of finding business solutions in a team.
As Dhaka Bank believes in building strong team commitment that complies the mission, vision, objective and goal of the bank, DBL Human Resources Division arranged another two day long training programme on “Living the Values and Building the Team” for its mid level and senior management, held on October 23-24,2007 at the Royal Park Residence, Banani, Dhaka. Dhaka Bank Limited believes that teamwork and contribution from all levels of employees is the key to success.
All the training modules were set in a way that would enable the employees of Dhaka Bank Limited to set specific targets for the future and use all the available resources to turn the strategy into reality. These trainings would also provide the senior management to build strong relationship, forecast business flow and to train the team members of their respective branches to improve the banking skills.
