  • DUTCHBANGL: Board of Directors has approved the issuance of 2nd Subordinated Bond, subject to the approval of the BSEC and BB. Some features of the Bond are: Issue Size: Tk. 5,000.00 million. Objective: Increasing the Tier 2 Capital to meet the capital requirement under Basel III and to strengthen the regulatory capital base of the Bank. Nature of the instrument: Unsecured, Non-Convertible, Subordinated Bond, Mode of Placement: Private Placement, Tenure: 7 years.
