- MERCANBANK: The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has unanimously resolved to establish a fully owned subsidiary Company to run Mobile Financial Services  MYCash, subject to approval from the Regulatory Authorities.
- STANDBANKL: As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 22, 2017 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2016.
- ALARABANK: The Company has further informed that the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on March 28, 2017 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2016.
