- PRIMEBANK : Namreen Enterprise Ltd., one of the Corporate Director of the Company, has expressed its intention to buy 4,50,000 shares of the Company at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange (DSE) within October 31, 2019.
- SHAHJABANK : The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the company from existing Tk. 1,000.00 crore to Tk. 1,500.00 Crore and to amend related clause of the Memorandum and Article of Association subject to approval from Bangladesh Bank and EGM of the Shareholders. The date and time of the EGM will notified later.
