  • NCC BANK : Mr. Fakhrul Anwar, one of the Sponsors of the Company has expressed his intention to transfer 30,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 88,34,070 shares to his wife Mrs. Shahjadi Syeda Sayema Ahmed, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
  • ISLAMI BANK : Bangladesh Islamic Centre, one of the Corporate Sponsors of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 2,00,000 shares out of its total holding of 36,00,000 shares of the Company at prevailing market price (In the Public Market) through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
