  • CITY BANK : The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to raise Tk. 300.00 Crore through issuance of Zero Coupon Bonds to support the company’s continuous business growth subject to approval from the regulatory authorities.
  • MUTUAL TRUST BANK : Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has rated the Company as “AA” in the long term and “ST-2” in the short term along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
