  • EBL: With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.08.2018 regarding issuance of Non-Convertible, Non-Listed & Redeemable Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given consent under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012, for raising ‘Tier-II Capital’ (cont.)
  • NBL: The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to sell 2nd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor and 6th floor (total  33,780 sft.) of the building (including undivided & undemarcated proportionate land & 08 car parks at the basement) located at Goshaildanga, Sk Mujib Road, P.S. Double Mooring, Chittagong owned by the company, the estimated sale value is Tk. 62.00 Crore only.
