In continuation of its effort to develop human resources through continuous training, Dhaka Bank has inaugurated Foundation Training – 45^th Batch on August 25, 2014, Monday. A total of 26 bank officials are taking part in the programme. In this connection, an opening ceremony was held in the early office hours at Dhaka Bank Training Institute (DBTI) where the Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Niaz Habib was present as Chief Guest. Mr. Habib in his inaugural speech underscored the need for technical know-how and banking fundamental of modern age. Bankers in their early stage of career should acquire a thorough knowledge about banking products and services and also master the technique of product marketing, he added. ‘On the top, a banker has to wear a smile on his face and focus on customer service ever and ever again’, he remarked. Mr. Md. Abdul Motaleb Miah, First Vice President & In-charge, DBTI conducted the inaugural session of the training course. A few participants also shared their prospects from this training initiative.
