Dhaka Bank takes the opportunity to sponsor the upcoming Test, ODI & T20 Cricket Series titled as ‘Dhaka Bank Test Series 2013’; ‘Dhaka Bank ODI Cup’; ‘Dhaka Bank T20’ starting from 8 March 2013 in Sri Lanka. At a press conference held in a local hotel today Dhaka Bank high officials unveiled the event logo for the coming series. After a long pause, Bangladesh Cricket team is going to play away matches with their SriLankan counterpart through this Cricket Series comprises of 2 Test, 3 ODI & 1 T20. Dhaka Bank is the title sponsor of this Cricket Series. Mr Khondker Fazle Rashid, Managing Director said, “Dhaka Bank is exited to sponsor the series for being a part of this rare proud moment”. Mr. Abdul Hai Sarker, Founder Chairman and Director, Mr. ATM Hayatuzzaman Khan, Former Chairman, Mr. Abdullah Al Ahsan, Director and Mr. Mirza Yasser Abbas, Director of Dhaka Bank Limited along with Md. Mahmud Ullah, Vice- Captain of Bangladesh National Cricket Team were also present at the logo unveiling event. Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Emranul Huq, Mr. Niaz Mohammad Khan were also present with other high officials. All the trophies and prize money along with other relevant requirements will be sponsored by Dhaka Bank. Dhaka Bank high officials will also be present there on the prize giving ceremony.
