We are pleased to let you know that Dhaka Bank has launched its first Card Experience Center at 2nd floor of Corporate Office to offer the privilege of enjoying exciting experience. This lounge is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. Since 1995, Dhaka Bank has been serving thousands of card members with pride and utmost satisfaction and this new initiative would extend our service commitment for the valued clients to the next level.

The facilities at the Experience Center are complementary and the guests will enjoy 5-star experience from the moment they step into this luxurious center. With a spacious reception lobby, the Card Experience Center is designed to provide the guests with the best possible services regarding their banking queries. With specially designed seating arrangements, card members can enjoy food and coffee from the famous authentic Italian coffee shop “C House Milano” and relax and be inspired. This Card Experience Center is equipped with high speed wifi and Card Service Desk.

Dhaka Bank VISA Signature, VISA Platinum & MasterCard Titanium cardholders will be able to access the Card Experience Center from Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. Cardholders on visiting the experience center will be able to receive services such as:
