  • AB Bank: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance rating of the Company as “A2” in the long term and “ST-2” in the short term with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the Company up to September 30, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
  • City Bank: The Company has informed that the current MD & CEO of the Bank Mr. Sohail R.K. Hussain has resigned from his post and the Board of Directors of the Bank has accepted it with immediate effect from 16.01.2019. Subsequently Mr. S M Mashrur Arefin, AMD & COO has been appointed as the MD & CEO of the Bank subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank. Till the final approval is received from Bangladesh Bank, Mr. S M Mashrur Arefin, AMD & COO will act as MD & CEO (In-Charge) of the City Bank Ltd. from 17.01.2019
