  • UCB: The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to form a Subsidiary Company of UCB, aiming to provide Mobile Financial Services (MFS) subject to completion of all regulatory formalities. Initial Authorized and Paid-up Capital of this subsidiary company will be Tk. 500.00 crore and Tk. 50.00 crore respectively which shall be increased from time to time as per investment requirement of the regulatory authority.   • MTB: Mr. M. A. Rouf, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company has expressed his intention to receive 1,19,746 shares of the Company from his son Mr. Mahin Rouf, a Placement Shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2018.
