  • BANKASIA: Mr. A Rouf Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 51,50,000 shares of the Company to his son Mr. Romo Rouf Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 24.10.2018..
