  • PREMIERBAN: The Company has informed that BSEC vide its letter No.BSEC/CI/DS-03/2013/723 dated December 21, 2016 accorded consent for issuance of Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond of Tk. 500.00 crore at issue price of Tk. 1.00 crore per Bond through private placement for raising capital of the company.
